Customers enrolled in our Match-IT managed services have a special program on their PCs with an “A” icon in the system tray. Simply click the “A” icon to open the portal and access your tickets.
HELP DESK PORTAL
Just log into our web portal to submit a ticket. From your account, you can create, update, and track tickets, as well as search for relevant keywords in our knowledge base or your ticket history.
CREATE SUPPORT TICKET
Fill out our user-friendly form to describe your issue, and a support ticket will be created in our help desk. After reviewing the ticket and assigning it to the appropriate team member, we will reach out to you.
